Property Maintenance
APS
found a need to staff a maintenance group to provide 24 hour, reliable, quality,
and cost effective service to the property owner. APS through its strategic partner provides both scheduled and on call service to
both residential and commercial properties throughout
Colorado
. Scheduled service is handled on a
route basis which minimizes drive time and results in a cost savings to the
Client. The purpose of this service
is to make sure that each and every
property is seen at least once a week by a qualified maintenance engineer who
will handle the janitorial and common area needs
of the property. Service requests are handled by a dispatcher who channels work
to the qualified service technician closest to the property. All major deferred maintenance and capital expenditures are
undertaken only after Client approval.
