Founded by L.C. Fulenwider Sr. in
1904, L.C. Fulenwider, Inc. has

Real Estate Commission and, in fact,
still holds Colorado Real Estate License
#1. Fulenwider's team of seasoned
veterans have been together for over two
decades specializing in real estate
development, construction management,
